Lovely Stay in the Heart of Everything

The staff was cute and very professional (especially Sofia and Eduard). I enjoyed the steam, sauna, and swimming pool. All were flawless. I got to see a demonstration by Eduard on how to open wine bottles with fire, very interesting. He also gave me information about Port wines. The superb bed sheets and bath accessories.

The location is central, but some taxis cannot bring you to the door. This became a bit tricky with luggage.

I found getting to my room a bit of a trek. I had to ride one, then switch buildings, and catch another. it reminded me of a mini-quest every time i just wanted to drop off my shopping. also, breakfast could have been better. i expected more local items but found only standard fare

I was disappointed. i requested a room with a specific view, but i didn't get it. the check-in process was slow. I waited almost 30 minutes! also. the gym was quite small. It had only a few pieces of equipment.
